Nicholas Pasquini Jr. is a lifelong real estate professional whose roots in the industry trace back to his family's concrete business in Pittsburgh. From early childhood through his college years at Penn State University, Nick worked on jobsites during summers-laying the foundation for a career built on hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge. He graduated with a unique interdisciplinary degree combining Real Estate, Architectural Engineering, and Economics. 

Nick began his professional real estate journey with Richmond American Homes, where he quickly made his mark by selling over 210 homes totaling more than $50 million. In his first year, he was named a finalist for the prestigious MAME Rookie of the Year award in the DMV region and ranked among the company's top-producing salespeople. 

In 2003, following extensive global travels, Nick joined CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty full-time as a co-founder. Over the course of his 23+ year career, he has held a variety of leadership roles-including top-producing agent, team leader, office manager, Director of Finance, CFO, and General Manager-specializing in brokerage operations spanning real estate sales, title and escrow, and mortgage services. 

As CFO and Director of Business Development, Nick helped drive CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty to national recognition. Under his leadership, the company has earned multiple awards from CENTURY 21 and the Anywhere Leads & Cartus Global Relocation Network-most notably winning the Cartus Master's Cup in both 2022 and 2025, awarded to the top-performing relocation department out of 500+ network brokerages nationwide. Redwood ranks annually in the top 10 of highest grossing CENTURY 21 brokerage globally. 

In November 2023, Nick was appointed CEO of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty, where he now leads the company's vision and operations. Passionate about helping others reach their full potential, Nick remains focused on Redwood's mission to help people actualize their dreams. 

Outside of work, Nick is an avid traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and music lover. He has explored more than 60 countries across six continents, visiting iconic destinations such as the Great Wall of China, Machu Picchu, the Serengeti, and the Galápagos Islands. 

Nick lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Sara Bell Pasquini, their daughter Sofia, son Enzo, and their beloved Golden Retriever, Gradle.
